Facebook will happily send me thousands of users that look like them that I can now hit with more conspiracy theories. WhatsApp has done it. And what often happens is when people buy their cell phone, the cell phone shop owner will actually preload Facebook on there for them and open an account for them. [Tristan] What I see is a bunch of people who are trapped by a business model, an economic incentive, and shareholder pressure that makes it almost impossible to do something else. Especially social media starts to dig deeper and deeper down into the brain stem and take over kids sense of self-worth and identity. I think the US government started this shit.
